Instructional Designer, State University of New York at Oneonta, 2017 – Present
- Co-lead of campus OER Initiative. Awarded grants to develop a General Education Degree Pathway and fund the development of seven original OER books, and website development for textbooks, courses, projects, and ePortfolios.
- Work with mature online programs doing course reviews, consulatations, and continuous improvement using OSCQR. Run training program for all new online instructors and advanced professional development for experienced online instructors.
- Contributor on accessibility team, wrote parts of the campus accessibility plan, train faculty on making course materials accessible and how to use Accessibility tools to check and remediate documents including Microsoft, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Blackboard Ally.
- Provide advanced training on Math Accessibility and wrote SUNY Guidelines for accessible math.
Educational Technology Coordinator, Wells College, 2015 – 2017
- Set up Wells College’s first campus wide Learning Management System. Collaborated with IT to create integration with the Student Information System, created course shells, and conducting ongoing faculty training for use.

- Taught secondary social studies and adult GED preparation across four NYS institutions, consistently exceeding state and district benchmarks including a 97% Regents pass rate, a GED pass rate 30% above the state average, and the department’s top AP pass rate.
- Piloted flipped-classroom and project-based learning models in a 1:1 technology classroom using Moodle, Prezi, Google Docs, and classroom response systems.
