Instructional Designer, State University of New York at Oneonta, 2017 – Present
- Co-lead of campus OER Initiative. Awarded grants to develop a General Education Degree Pathway and fund the development of seven original OER books, and website development for textbooks, courses, projects, and ePortfolios.
- Work with mature online programs doing course reviews, consulatations, and continuous improvement using OSCQR. Run training program for all new online instructors and advanced professional development for experienced online instructors.
- Part of Accessibility team, write parts of the campus accessibility plan, train faculty on making course materials accessible and how to use Accessibility tools to check and remediate documents including Microsoft, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Blackboard Ally.
- Provide advanced training on Math Accessibility and wrote SUNY Guidelines for accessible math.
Educational Technology Coordinator, Wells College, 2015 – 2017
- Set up Wells College’s first campus wide Learning Management System. Collaborated with IT to create integration with the Student Information System, created course shells, and conducting ongoing faculty training for use.

- Participated in a test when ready GED Prep program that served economically and educationally disadvantaged students in an alternative education environment.
- Utilized TABE and other specialized diagnostic assessments to assess previous learning and skills and aim instruction at student’s deficiencies.
- Students achieved a pass rate on the GED exam 30% higher than state average.
